At least as much as the FT 22.3 they work next to. Equal pay for equal work. After 12 months. How much should you make per hour?

Some of those are gravy jobs big timeAt least as much as the FT 22.3 they work next to. Equal pay for equal work. After 12 months.
Some maybe. But the greatest majority in my building are loading on Midnight and unloading on preload. Or unloading on Midnight and loading on preload with an hour and a half break between. All of the jobs the company can't fill with PT.Some of those are gravy jobs big time
The company definitely needs more full-time jobsSome maybe. But the greatest majority in my building are loading on Midnight and unloading on preload. Or unloading on Midnight and loading on preload with an hour and a half break between. All of the jobs the company can't fill with PT.
Especially when the company insists on trying to fill Union jobs for minimum wages and no benefits. The company definitely needs more full-time jobs
That's not going to happenEspecially when the company insists on trying to fill Union jobs for minimum wages and no benefits.
Some of them are. Unfortunately the one I just bid out of was three hours in unload then 10.5 on road. They were always short on driver’s so the W.A.D part of the bid was tough. I did like it when I actually was able to be in the building for eight hours. Most 22.3 are fourteen hours until you run out of hours for the week. When it was good it definitely was gravy but it’s seldom good. Some of those are gravy jobs big time
I believe the company will want a part time jump in starting rate just as much as the union. They cannot keep part-timers at the current pay rateThat's not going to happen

Yeah nobody wants to do this at a sorry pay rate. They figure I can go work somewhere less hassle and more pay. It’s not like ups does anything anyways to try and keep its employees.I believe the company will want a part time jump in starting rate just as much as the union. Not at my building, they can work a small group of people into the ground at minimum wage to keep things running. The company definitely needs more full-time jobs

Are the shifters upset they work so many hours or is it something they want?
