Someone's gotta pay for Guitar Strings lolFor the love of God you’re breaking us why are you so greedy?
I think you have to be 67 in the part-time pension to get everything if I’m not mistaken. No way in hell I’m staying that longThat's probably what I'll get after the age penalties.
I'm pretty sure it's 65 here and every year before that it's a 6% penaltyI think you have to be 67 in the part-time pension to get everything if I’m not mistaken. No way in hell I’m staying that long
I’m not staying that long either lolI'm pretty sure it's 65 here and every year before that it's a 6% penalty
I wholeheartedly agree they put their time in it should be given to them. There's no excuse for any retiree not to have health care as a matter of fact the people that have retired healthcare should not be paying the premium they are right now
Yep I paid for 30 years it’s a shared thing and it’s very well funded program as a matter fact they just announced recently if we were to go on strike they have 36 months of reserves to pay every ones healthcare as long as I don’t cross a picket line while we’re on strike.
If only our pension was ran as well
If it was part of the negotiation yes. I’m not a huge fan of having to work one day a week to get coverage but that was part of the deal.So they can afford to let people make up payments instead of cutting their coverage for being put for a week?
SameI’m not staying that long either lol
If you put 30 or more years in you should have no penalties.I wholeheartedly agree they put their time in it should be given to them.
Especially for a low seniority guys where they may not have the options to work one day a week during the slow monthsIf it was part of the negotiation yes. I’m not a huge fan of having to work one day a week to get coverage but that was part of the deal.
I would be much happier with one day a month.
Trust me that has been reiterated to the leader ship. 30 and out pension at any age. No penalties 30 years as long enough. If you put 30 or more years in you should have no penalties.
Is there any age part might be tough.Trust me that has been reiterated to the leader ship. 30 and out pension at any age. No penalties 30 years as long enough.
Have to shoot for the stars with these guys because the age limits now and penalties are not acceptable job is way too physical to go well into your 60s to get everything. Is there any age part might be tough.
But some people started 18, 19 or 20 years oldHave to shoot for the stars with these guys because the age limits now and penalties are not acceptable job is way too physical to go well into your 60s to get everything.
With all the things Sean is saying he will get for the membership he has to be prepared to trade some things away.I really do think they're going to come after the part-time pension for new employees
Who could use a few guys like you during this next contractWith all the things Sean is saying he will get for the membership he has to be prepared to trade some things away.
