You should re-file the grievances and tell your BA you want a decision from the State.

Or.... you will file charges against him for misrepresentation. It's the only option.

And, be present at all steps of the procedure.

That is the nuclear option.

I would write a curtly worded letter to the President and Executive Board of your Local,

and explain the situation with your supporting documentation. Send it certified.... so they

will have to respond, the goal being contract enforcement for everyone. Not just a few.
