Still say that BA is full of it, management will use 22.4 however is convenient, and best suits them. To say they are all strictly going to be driving is foolish given the language.

Let them come in on the weekends and load their package cars then go deliver it, then unload it too.

It is really annoying that they cannot call it what it is, it is not a combo job. It is a "Grade 2" "Level 2" "Grade B" whatever, Package car job, it is not a combo job. It would help their credibility if the language were honest about it

FT drivers do that now. The only difference being they are still in progression making $18.75/hr and no 9.5 protection.
