when i say transfer i mean we go from pt to ft but most of us come from ontario thats the big hub it takes like 11 years to go driving there but all the other hubs in the district its like 2-3 years less. i noticed the management doesn't really like when we come in because the workers from that building get pushed back.

I started during peak and I've come to realize it was a blessing. They literally didn't say a word to me for 30 days. I came to them and said I did my 30. They said oh OK coool. Your basically running scratch so your good.

I remember those 30 days being like wow drivers are so dramatic. But then February hit, micromanaging began

Did you do your 30 during peak? Because unless your start date was before peak, you don't earn seniority during peak.
