I bet his parents had seen this kid do the same thing a dozen times and didn't discipline the kid---other than maybe just say "Johney- don't do that". I feel for the driver. My brother-in-law (also a UPS driver) hit 2 kids on a snowmobile. They were coming around a corner in the wrong lane on a country road. Neither of them were hurt seriously but it sure caused a lot of grief for my BIL trying to keep his job. In the end he did.

Had a young lady run out behind a car at an apartment complex. Scared me to death. So grateful I barely saw her.
