Own my 721 Sq Ft. condo.
Used some of my 401K to pay off the loan back in 2020.
According to Zillow.com it has doubled in price since 2002.
Out of curiosity if you don't mind what do monthly maintenance fees run for such a place up in the Northeast?

$475/month.
We have our own trash/recycle service, two deeded parking spots for each unit, storage in the basement, right across the street from two public beaches, the local wharf and a public park. Which allows me to see my boat at it's mooring.

Except when the sewers that drain into the ocean get backed up due to storm surges.
It happened last April, all the little old ladies in my building were in a panic mode when the parking lot flooded.
Seems they all drive low to the ground eco-boxes.
Unlike me, who has high clearance trucks.
The water barely touched my rims.
