Oh well... Then there's this just today.

U.S. Supreme Court backs Christian baker who spurned gay couple

Two of the court's four liberals, Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan, joined the five conservative justices in the ruling authored by Justice Anthony Kennedy, who also was the author of the landmark 2015 decision legalizing gay marriage nationwide.

The Supremes also did this.

Not sure if you intended this as a counterpoint. It’s 2 sides of the same coin.

"The commission's hostility was inconsistent with the First Amendment's guarantee that our laws be applied in a manner that is neutral toward religion," Kennedy wrote.

Yep.
This ruling couldn't have been more narrowly written.
It doesn't address the issues surrounding the case.
Mainly address this case specifically and the overreach of the government against religion based decisions of a specific individual.

If the total case is ever heard by the SCOTUS, the decision could be 180° in direction.

That overreach didn't keep two liberal judges from seeing the light. lol

Cool story. Good illustration of the perils of allowing religion to dictate governmental policy.
Think you missed what I was saying. In countries with oppressive governments you can't do certain things and you cannot leave to do those certain things and return. That is truly oppressive. :censored2: Libs have always lost it when it comes to separation of Church & State.

Inordinately Right
You support abortion, right? Many on the far Left fully support the right to terminate right up to the point of birth. Please tell how that's not worse than holding a child for a few hours while their parent sees a judge?
You seemed confused about where you are by posting this in the other thread.

Hope this helps.
