That’s even more convoluted than a powerful entity that exited outside of time.
And no more probable.
Yet, that’s what our math shows us.
And to be fair, that’s only what our math (and visible light) shows us.
No scientist anywhere has a proposition about what happened ‘before’.
There simply isn’t available data to begin to describe what happened before the expansion, and unless something radical happens, there never will be.
We’re almost at the upper limit of describing what happened during and after the expansion, but before that is anyone’s guess.
So, it seems to me, you can believe what we’ve measured, or you can stick your fingers in your ears and say ‘no no no no no no no...’
I’m obviously not a Christian, but if I was, I would have no problem reconciling what science has measured with belief in God.
