Well, if you want to use the cheating on his wives thing as a barometer, then I can agree with that. Lying and cheating ought to satisfy the definition of bad. He also certainly doesn't conduct himself in a way that I would consider becoming of the president.
Clearly he's done immoral things, but I try not to judge the state of a person's soul, since I am completely unqualified to do so. And before you say "souls aren't a thing", or whatever, I would like to point out if they aren't a thing, then good and bad are a matter of opinion, and ultimately meaningless, and not worth discussing. You might as well say we can agree that we don't like him, because that would be the only measure you can use to determine if someone is good or bad.
