A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.
I don’t know how a police officer telling you about Arbery, your neighbor telling you about Arbery and then seeing Arbery fleeing through your neighborhood from a house he had just trespassed in that had been burglarized isn’t reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.
Oh wait I know how, they are white and he was black. Execute them.
The good guys?!?!After he decided to turn his arrest into a life or death struggle by attacking the good guys.
Yes. How does someone who lives in their mom's basement state this as a fact? No.
They don't.
Any other questions?
Yes, the good guys. You know? The ones who aren't serial thieves, who really have an interest in teh neighborhood, and who did everything they could not to kill the guy.The good guys?!?!
You didn't mention the former officer or son NEVER called the police while chasing him.A more accurate, truthful and less racist way of putting this first paragraph to introduce people to this case would of been.
“The trespasser who was fleeing their neighbor’s property which had been broken into multiple times and burglarized was chased down by former police officer and son, tried to fight off a citizen’s arrest and ended up shot and killed”
Except call the police while chasing him if they believed he committed a crimeYes, the good guys. You know? The ones who aren't serial thieves, who really have an interest in teh neighborhood, and who did everything they could not to kill the guy.
I guess I was wrong, wasnt the first time wont be the last, BUT one thing I am not wrong is if they dont get the needle they will be .locked up 23 hours a day in a cage with no funds on the books. So you disagree with the Arbery family that these men were deputized by the sheriff?
That's one option, which would let him get away.Except call the police while chasing him if they believed he committed a crime
yeah they did everything not to kill Mr Arbery except.........well you know..........kill himYes, the good guys. You know? The ones who aren't serial thieves, who really have an interest in teh neighborhood, and who did everything they could not to kill the guy.
Yep. They waited.yeah they did everything not to kill Mr Arbery except.........well you know..........kill him
they had no reason to shoot him nor detain him,and that was proven in court. HAd they called 911 like NORMAL people they wouldn't be facing life in prison and Mr Arbery wouldnt have been killed.Yep. They waited.
They had a long time to shoot him. They didn't.
They could've shot them when he was far off. They didn't.
They could've shot him when he was close. They didn't.
They could've shot him when he was obviously beginning an attack. They didn't.
Tremendous patience and trigger discipline. That generosity almost cost them their lives.
Just like Rittenhouse.
All you've proven is that the court and the jury hate the law, which they followed.they had no reason to shoot him nor detain him,and that was proven in court. HAd they called 911 like NORMAL people they wouldn't be facing life in prison and Mr Arbery wouldnt have been killed.
hahaahhaahahahaahaahahaahaha if they were allowed to kill ununarmed man that was running from them they'd be eating turkey with the family tomorrow. The change in the Citizens Arrest Law has ZERO to do with this. oh and that law didnt give permission to kill unarmed people running away from you lol.You just don't like the law. They're allowed to do everything they did.
That's why the law was repealed. That's a de facto admission that they followed it, and people didn't like it.
You think juries never get something wrong?hahaahhaahahahaahaahahaahaha if they were allowed to kill ununarmed man that was running from them they'd be eating turkey with the family tomorrow. The change in the Citizens Arrest Law has ZERO to do with this. oh and that law didnt give permission to kill unarmed people running away from you lol.
Anyone who isn't a complete idiot knows runners don't have long toenails. Crackhead thug thieves do though.Yes. How does someone who lives in their mom's basement state this as a fact?
Two of them will get out in a few years on appeal.I guess I was wrong, wasnt the first time wont be the last, BUT one thing I am not wrong is if they dont get the needle they will be .locked up 23 hours a day in a cage with no funds on the books.
