The family seeks written apology from Mayor Van Duyne acknowledging that she has never been presented with any evidence that Ahmed was a 'pawn' in any 'civilization jihad' and a written apology from Police Chief Larry Boyd acknowledging that Ahmed never intended to threaten anyone.

The family accepted a foundation's offer to pay for Ahmed's education in Qatar and has since moved to the Persian Gulf country 'for security reasons'.

They say in the lawsuit they would like to return to Texas when they feel safe again.

You know whats funny?? , a Texas mayor says the same thing. ARMED white men are more dangerous than Muslims. Looks like not only is the young man afraid of Texans, but so is this mayor.

The lawsuit stems from the HUNDREDS of threatening Emails the boy recieves from WHITE Americans, and the false arrest and detainment by the school.

His reputation ruined, and you ALL demonstrate that it is, because all we have to do is read what you write about him, and his case is a slam dunk.

Please TOS before you comment on a post at least know some facts about the case .
His parents have refused the school to release any info without their consent , as required by law .
So far we have only heard from the family's statements .
A lawsuit would allow for the school and police officer's reports to become public .
This new info could hurt their case as much as help it .
