Ok, so, you DONT want to pick up ground, or you want to be paid top driver rate for handling ground? If they're going to take away all driving rate for filing, you're better off getting paid your air driver rate, aren't ya? Versus all your hours inside? And if you file on the grounds being run by a supervisor, they can claim service failure or the union where we are usually pays those to a higher seniority driver by adding their name to the grievance.
