maybe. I was full time, and switched early on and because i was stupid and fell for a manager's shenanigans. but when my pay adjusted it seemed to have all my time in since hired credited toward my pay progression. I'd ask your HR about it if I were you. not sure what you're planning but being an air driver kinda sucks. anticipate them leaning on you very hard to work saturdays, which will be normal air rate while any ground drivers working saturdays will be making overtime ground pay.

Yeah. Only thing I drop in pay to about 27 an hr. I'm just getting bored with work. Edd and Orion is monotonous as hell. 3 am to noon is looking appealing
