A couple years ago we had that TSP going around, but have heard nothing of that this year. Makes sense since most people are working close to 60 hours a week right now hereMy stop count went up by 20 after a TSP a couple of years ago
The change with surepost delivery has destroyed Mondays. They used to send what was marked for the post office out on Saturday but now it is held and goes out on Mondays individually obviously.A couple years ago we had that TSP going around, but have heard nothing of that this year. Same in our building. Mondays are a guaranteed 10 hour day now for all drivers with all the surepost volume and all the cut routes. Supervisors scrambling to make pickups every Monday. The real kicker is when our center manager goes around with the little numbers sheet asking everyone on Tuesday morning "what happened yesterday."The change with surepost delivery has destroyed Mondays. They need to be delivering some of that surepost that used to go to the post office on Saturdays, but wait for it, they don’t have the drivers! And again service is effective with missed stops, late air, etc..
I recently switched to Tuesday to Saturday. Trust me when I tell you that Saturdays aren't any better.Same in our building.
