What kind of jobs do these guys at your hub have? The guys who have a lot of seniority usually scan at my center.

Figured so, most of the ones that have been at my center 20+ years have either never loaded or only loaded 2 cars, they say it's gotten ridiculous since they started.

Security guard
I took the class and passed but I need money to get the card and actually start working at places. Unfortunately I don't have the money so yeahhhh. I need this job to get that done and hopefully get a second job in Security

Whether a guy has worked for us for 6 minutes, or 30 years, the numbers we get are the same.
They want the expensive ones out. This used to be a career job. Now its about the cheapest labor. Quality and service no longer matter.
