I agree which is why I think they should be offered to forgo them for higher pay.

$15 dollars may be worth it to some. But I heard the employee/Sup situation is no better than UPS. At least you have union protection at UPS.

PT receives no pension credit until they have worked here for 5 years. Most have found a better paying job long before 5 years.

Ya I understand the frustration. at some hubs you need to work 5+ years before moving up from a package handler. And then you have to work 3-4 years before you get top rate as a driver.

Even air jobs at my hub require 5+ years. 22.3 positions are like 10 years+.

If this contract passes or not, it will not matter to PT. There will not be any improvements. 36 years have shown that.
