Not to discount the seriousness of this issue, but I have a son in the USAF that has told me the DOD mistakenly shipped a nuke to China a few years back via fedex. He assured me we got it back and all, but geez.

That is awful. So much stuff we never hear about. And some people are just sure all is well.

It is also untrue. I am former military and can tell you that with all of the checks and balances in place there is no way a nuke would have been accidentally shipped to China via a commercial carrier.

Do you know how big and heavy a nuke is? You can't accidentally ship one of those FedEx.
