Anyone dealing with extreme weather yet?

I know we have some big snow storms coming our way. Our drivers keep it moving through the snow. Stay out late at night to finish their routes. Anyone had to deal with weather issues so far? Ever had a snow day while working for UPS?

North Dakota has been bad from what I understand. Buddy is a sup in Bismarck and he said Twilight and Night didn't get any trailers out last night and only a few made it for preload. I think he said they ran 5k on a plan of 16,000.
