you can alto file a grievance with your stewart under harassment, article 37 of the national agreement. You can ask for UPS to compensate for any out of pocket expenses & benefits that were lost because of their lack of concern. UPS/liberty did not react to your claim in a timely manner and it prolonged your injury to go beyond a year.

Turdbrown. LM is not under contract with the teamsters. UPS dont care its the employee vs Liberty Mutual, off ups books and on LM books. Better off recording all phone conversations with the adjusters. Like that guy did with the Comcast representative.

there was a driver in our bld. that was out for almost 2 years with a comp injury. Liberty was jerking him around and it extended him being out on comp. He filed the grievance and won. He won all of his lost vacation, pension contributions, and they had to pay his medical/dental insurance cost.
