We got a few morning pickup customers that the clerk has taught to run the diad even, dig thru the pickup pile at the end of the belt and go.

You have to have a valid ID... and scan it... before you can even walk thru the turnstiles...

before you even get to the security guards... who run your personal items thru a scanner...


It's like walking into prison.

Process them through an online reseller like PirateShip or Shippo to get the best rate. Take the prepaid packages to The UPS Store for drop off. Customer Centers are closed. Why do you need a "real Customer Service Center"?

It did for a while. Funny thing is my pension until I'm 65 is paid for by UPS after 65 half comes from CS. I'd be much more secure knowing it all came from UPS than CS.

I am trying to locate a Customer Service Center (not a walgreens, CVS or franchise owned) a real Customer Service Center, I have 9 boxes and golf clubs to ship and do not want to take them to those facilities and no one at UPS can help me, they do not understand English and its frustrating. I am in Ocala, Florida so if anyone knows of one please let me know. Thank you
