universal healthcare which america is the only developed country not to adopt but currently has majority support in polls for??$96 / month seems high for 2007. first of all there are only 2 provinces where you actually pay healthcare fees. all the other provinces its included in taxes. in BC its $35 / month maximum rate if you earn $50k or more, and thats if your employer doesnt cover it.
