So I’ve been working on re-load at ups for 4 years and just applied for P/T supervisor. And was informed of a background check, I have 1 Misdemeanors Theft from 5 years it’s........ WILL I GET THE JOB ???

It really depends how bad they need supervisors and how many applied for the position

Don't be a PT Supervisor unless you intend on building a resume and getting the hell outta there. My PT Sup loaded for 9 years and has been a sup for a year now and already wants to go back because of lack of benefits.

Good question. I never knew of any where I worked but a black lesbian was definitely untouchable. They just kept moving her around to be someone else's problem.
