Looks like Lt Brian W. Rice has some explaning to do....
All this talk about Freddie Grays background, and not one word about this loony toons until now...
Looks like Lt Rice has mental problems, that resulted in being placed on inactive duty and his guns taken away. Going back a few years, this guy demonstrated abnormal mental behaviors and the department took him off duty and placed him in a hospital.

This cop had been suspended TWICE before for misconduct before his mental issues became a problem. What is not known, is when he was returned to duty only to particpate in the death of Freddie Gray.
Maybe you folks should concern yourself with that background.

The reason the charges will be dropped is because the Mosby failed to properly prepare her choice of charges .
She failed to examine all the evidence , interview witnesses , and wait for all the forensic evidence to be brought forward . That process takes days to weeks to be available before any thought of charges would be considered .
Her own statements on bringing these current charges shows that she has failed to do her own job properly and has aligned herself with the protesters , not with the legal system .

Why people think like this is amazing.
SHE didnt investigate anything. She had an OUTSIDE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT conduct the investigation.
Baltimore police did an investigation and found the same thing.
Just because the police union says the charges are untrue doesnt mean they are.
Geez man, give it a rest.

The medical examiner DIDNT say it wasnt a homocide the day before, that was YOU listening to your favorite mis information sites and clouding your brain with nonsense before the actual report was released.
You depend on un reliable sources for information, like the quote you posted which DELETED the word "WAS" from the Medical Examiners report.
You deny YOU did that, so that puts it on your source.
There is no change to the report. It was MIS REPORTED BY FOX and their mouthpieces, especially Hannity and you just got caught up in the B.S.
