So air bid drivers are not guaranteed their 3 hrs per day

Only on Saturday do Air exception drivers have a 3 hour guarantee. Read Art. 40 in the Master contract book.

I should have waited till after coffee to type my post. The 3 air exception drivers are the ones with no guarantee. I am pretty sure that the Saturday guarantee is only if they are scheduled.

If 6 are scheduled and have the 3 hour guarantee and 1 calls in sick and they use the next one in line....this person will win a grievance if the company doesn't pay him/her 3 hours.

When will I get seniority after how many months ? When do I get pay raise after I make my 30 days and be part of union ?

You are correct for an Air Exception driver. I believe a bid PT Air Driver would keep his air rate when going FT. Starting PT air rate is $12.50/hr and $13.50/hr after gaining seniority.
