Seriously, do you think you know what you are talking about?

I'll work with you, just respond and you'll get straightened out.
Did the prosecution in these case launched a formal protest of the sentences? If they did and based on valid points of law then a review board needed to consider them and revisit sentencing guidelines. But, if they did not then it's over and done with. Federal judges can be removed from the bench if proven misconduct can be established. If you can prove that she is guilty of such misconduct then why haven't you taken measures to have her removed?

What steps did the prosecution take if they believe that the sentence was too light? Did they file a post trial motion for review or file any formal protests of those sentences ? BTW How's that welfare paid for surgery working out for you.? In the past you always condemned the Democrats for spending too much money including money on the group of people who are now part of....the welfare class.
I never did any such thing. I've consistently said that social programs are fine if we can afford them. What I've condemned is people like you constantly coming up with new ways to spend huge amounts of money that with our national debt we can no longer afford. It infuriates you that some want responsible stewardship. You'd spend us into oblivion if given the chance.

What misconduct? She has the latitude to ignore sentencing guidelines. It's that she would when sentencing for child porn cases that we find reprehensible.

Please expound on this notion.

I'll leave the choice to you, pick any state and read their rules of post conviction procedure and relief.

After you have done this, get back with me.

Her appointment to the US Federal court of Appeals was confirmed last year by a 53-48 vote including 3 GOP senators voting for her confirmation. And in 2013 her confirmation to serve as DC Federal District Court Judge in 2013 was UNANAMOUS. BTW when a judge rules on a matter you might not always like it or get everything your own way. My only misgiving about Judge Brown was her short time on the Court of Appeals Then again Scalia died 265 days before the 2020 election which McConnell said was too close to the election to confirm Garland while RBG's death 46 days before the 2020 election was not too close to confirm Kavanaugh. How do you explain that?

Now since you're the self appointed juris in this matter you said that you would straighten me out on this matter so please do so and while you're at it please tell me about all of the many states where you've taken and the bar exam.

Inordinately Right
Now you keep saying that Judge Jackson gave sentences under the guidelines for sex crimes. Just who's opinion supersedes that of a group of federal judges? Who's opposing legal opinion rises to the level of that group federal judges?
The sentencing guidelines have nothing to do with anyone's opinion, they're written guidelines. Where are you getting lost?

Ok so now you've stepped up and made it clear they you're complaint surrounds the sentencing guidelines themselves. All you have to do is to lead a drive to have sentencing guidelines as they pertain to sex crimes reviewed. Go the the ABA and your states attorney general and demand a review of those guidelines.

Antonin Gregory Scalia, March 11, 1936, Trenton, New Jersey, U.S.
Died:February 13, 2016, Shafter, Texas, U.S.

Really,
I'm gonna give you the obligatory dumb :poop: leftist ignorant of facts pass.

. How do you explain that?
Obama's second term was ending, he had no possible chance to be the next president.
Either Trump or :censored2:on would be the next president.

while RBG's death 46 days before the 2020 election was not too close to confirm Kavanaugh. How do you explain that?
Trump was the sitting president and had a second term available.
It's not rocket science.

I'm still hopeful that after a long depression we'll come out of it better. May lose a decade or two though.
It's lost my friend, it's our job to make the best of the decline.

I'm not a pessimist, it's just an honest analysis
It is gone already, our founders did not birth what we have now.
Their Republic has departed.

Obama was not the judge standing for confirmation . McConnell said that Scalia's death at 265 days away from the election was too close to confirm Garland while RBG's death 46 days way from the election was not too close and the prospect of Trump getting a second term was justification for the expedited confirmation of Comey Barrett? Really? You expect somebody to believe and accept that lame excuse? What that tells me is that they knew he was going to lose and in a last ditch effort to please their Dear Leader they ignored a precedent they alone established and rammed her through. Trump was going to get a second term? LOL He lost by 8 million votes and they knew he was going to lose and at the election certification McConnell admitted that the election wasn't close.

And perhaps thanks to your ability to add your name to the medical welfare case rolls you'll still be around to vote this year. Something you may not have been able to do if somebody back in the early 1960's had not noticed that more than one third of Americans over 65 lived in poverty and because of their dire poverty they didn't even have enough money to pay for a doctors appointment... that person was definitely not a Republican and among them was Bob Dole who fought viciously using every tool in his tool box in an effort to kill the Medicare bill in committee.

Correct, Obama was president, he nominated Garland.
Obama was a lame duck, he could not serve another term.

RBG's death 46 days way from the election was not too close and the prospect of Trump getting a second term was justification for the expedited confirmation of Comey Barrett?
Correct again, Trump was president, he was not a lame duck.

You are incorrect on the expedited confimation.
It was a normal nomination for the open seat, and a nomination by a president running for a second term.

I love the games you clowns play.
You call Trumps nomination of Coney Barrett as expedited with an open seat.

In the same breath we are arguing the fitness of a Biden nomination while no seat exists.

Which is expedited?

I'm not covered by Medicare yet. Go peddle it elsewhere.

When you satisfy the requirement I will.

I don't play your games when I'm not playing.

I'm not playing now.

You have no idea of post conviction relief, motions available or requirements to lodge a claim.

Educate yourself.
