I remember when it was insane that a bitcoin was worth a few hundred. But at that time I had no concept of the technology behind it or what it could be useful for.
However blockchain has a serious scalability problem that they better figure out fast before newer better tech takes over.

I think in 6 months Bitcoin and the rest will be worth $0

The technology isn't going anywhere so I'm not sure how it would all suddenly be worth nothing.
Think of each transaction as a vote of confidence in the currency. The transactions are just now starting to scratch the surface of main stream. 2018 will be a huge year of gains for crypto
