Fat Freddy has worked very hard to promote the belief that all other jobs have just as much BS and that you’re better off just sticking it out with him. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. The reality is that in 2020, most jobs treat their employees far better than he does, and as more and more people wise up to this, he’s going to have a hard time even staffing his warehouses, which is already becoming an issue as evidenced by the “bring your friends and family in” requests they’ve been giving us in the meetings every morning.
