It takes special kind of person to do this job because it's definitely not for everyone

It’s simple. Don’t own, or operate social media. Simple as. I joke around with the people in the hub that in this day and age if you don’t have social media you basically don’t exist. If the movie Terminator was set today, instead of looking at the yellow pages (remember those) he’d use a search engine and find and identify Sarah Connor easily due to her social media accounts.

So that's being gone from 830am to 730pm and yes, that's excessive and bad for family men.

We have cameras, no ventilation/A/C, pvd's, contractors .........now. They aren't going away.

Funny....I always admired my customers leaving town on Friday afternoon at 15:30 to go to the lake in THEIR dually pulling THEIR new bass boat........while I was delivering and making pickups.....(customers)always at HOME at Christmas drinking and offering me a cookie....

And......watching me sweat picking up their stuff......salt stains.......they know how hard we work.......still out delivering at 21:00.
They sure wouldn't do it for less. Come on.

Social media is full of ups drivers talking down to postal workers and FedEx employees. It's very disheartening.
