Nope...even the most stupid could see that giving away pension is a death blow...You would be surprised how many folks would check that "yes" box in exchange for $1K.

We can't have that progression move any more.... that is a non starter afaic....Why the need for a 2 tiered wage system when they lengthen the progression every contract?
