Management has always been difficult to get along with, but you’re right, somewhere around that time Not only were they hard to get along with. They also became complete, Idiots. And nothing more than paper pushers who cannot even make any decisions without getting approval.

Yep from the mid 80s they were difficult but we ran the tightest ship in the business(somewhat). Now it SEEMS…I just don’t know. You don’t pay extra for service you don’t get. Customers then divert… you are not special.
