We call them puddle jumpers.
So does the rest of the world, only UPS would name them something different. Did you know that when negotiating the pilots contract, they kept referring to aircraft as "fast feeders". Yes, I deliver to a pilot for us on a route I cover occasionally.

I would have expected something more like "slow movers".

They call them feeder aircraft at FedEx as well.
