I heard from @retiredTxfeeder today. He said he's one of the lucky ones with a gas stove. He's been inviting neighbors over to use it. His son has been working long days rescuing people. The rain isn't expected to end til tomorrow. And for whoever it was that commented on his pergola, it's doing fine. Lol.

I don't like Joel but he was getting attacked just because its a church. It really isn't set up to be a shelter and was also in the flood area. I do believe he should help the victims as much as possible but most of the outrage about it is misplaced.
