I delivered a ghetto route for a while that wasn't that bad but the drug dealers would still be on street corners bright and early every morning. The hookers usually didn't show up until afternoon.

I use 6' x 4' net lights to cover the house. I tape them together to make a long mat. I use black electrical tape where the windows are. They go up fast and dominant my neighbors house.
