I use 6' x 4' net lights to cover the house. I tape them together to make a long mat. I use black electrical tape where the windows are. They go up fast and dominant my neighbors house.

That’s what they’ve been doing in the rest of the city, “gentrifying”. If they tried it in South East, I’m sure it would cause quite an uproar about them eliminating affordable housing and trying to price poor Black people out of The City.
