My grandson (Hawaii) is 21 and has a car. He doesn't however have a driver's license. He does drive around just his neighborhood. I keep watching COPS to see if he's on it.
They don't see the 'red flags' like we do. I tell my daughter, "take him to get his license so he'll be legal." She says, "he's not driving my truck!!"
She forgets we let her use our car to take her test. It's what parents do. Crazy world now!
