I bought a 3lb roast on sale the other day. This morning I cubed it up, browned it, threw it in the crock pot with some stock, potatoes, carrots and onions. Beef stew magic in 8 hours. Of course, I'll make up a batch of my famous cornbread for dunkin. Nom nom
