I don’t know. My steak was damn good. Perfectly medium rare. Nice flavorful crust on the outside. Beer on tap is a nice unfiltered IPA brewed right in Shamong NJ.

Have had meat on smoker since this am. Mowed the grass. Got a cold beer in my yetti now. Got a thick ass bone in ribeye marinating in the fridge for day after tomorrow Supposedly be 80 on Tuesday so I’ll save it for that.
