quart of beef stock
diced tomatoes

add some Mexican blend cheese and a little sour cream

I simmer my chili on the smoker to get extra flavor in it.

I never thought of that!
I use a smoky chipotle spice to give it a similar taste (I guess).

I close the drivers door a lot but almost always leave the passenger door open.

The heaters have gotten good enough it actually keeps you warm now though. It's gotta be high in the 20's before I put on anything more than pants and long sleeves. Never wear my winter jacket.
