Don't see how that would be ratting on another teamster. I'm just trying to persuade the mechanic to repair something that needs to be fixed. Besides, if he didn't want management to see the yellow copy of the DVIR, he'd just put the copy into his tool box. Besides, a lot of the mechanics in my old building weren't union.
