I had a friend who used to go to the races with me. When his kid was probably 2 or 3 years old we took him to the races one night and the kid fell out of the top row of the bleachers . I caught him by the arm at the last second and dangled him probably 30 feet in the air. All my friend said was "don't you ever tell his wife what happened".

No harm, no foul.
