Some people have more money than brains.Holy crap! A guy in a neighborhood I deliver to with million plus houses just told me people charge them $500 to do two sweeps of their driveway. He bought a $5,000 4-wheel type thing and said it’s paid for itself.

Depends on the contract. My church had a deal for a guy to plow the parking lot and most of the time we ended up paying him for doing nothing. Now we only pay for the few times a year when he actually plows.Snow equipment isn’t cheap and if you don’t have a contract you’re gonna get hit hard with pricing
Yea, the cabbie returns it, gets reward. Always makes the news.I wonder if that one ever showed up?

Two days after the storm. Guess who will find their package at the mailbox? Lol.
Lol. My Sprinter couldn’t even make it to the fence.even a Sprinter could make it through that
Not that I would deliver there but I wouldn’t expect much more than that either. That’s drivable. All depends on if there’s anywhere to turn around.View attachment 231357

We usually got charged if they had to send a tow truck. Which is why you do everything you can to get yourself out first. Helps to know some customers.Get stuck and you are charged. Why chance it? DR- mailbox.
Those days are over, especially since they warn everyone not to enter anything snow covered. We usually got charged if they had to send a tow truck. Which is why you do everything you can to get yourself out first. Helps to know some customers.
Wasn't as much of a problem with the older trucks that didn't get stuck in an inch of snow.
I could bring back almost my whole route some days then. Some of my streets wouldn't see a plow for several days after it snows. At most a truck will have spread a little salt. Those days are over, especially since they warn everyone not to enter anything snow covered.
People always complaining about the subdivisions.I could bring back almost my whole route some days then. Some of my streets wouldn't see a plow for several days after it snows. At most a truck will have spread a little salt.
