My sister rents out her house in New Zealand as an Air BnB. Her next door neighbor takes care of everything. Win for both of them because he can screen the guests and she doesn’t have to worry about it.

Yes. They’re falling down houses. They said the renovations would start at about $17,200. The homes are abandoned and have piles of stones and old furniture in them.
