Yes it's a below ground fridge. Buddy of mine bought one. He has the cans one though. The wife and I like to throw BBQs and having a fridge outside with no electricity needed would be nice.

From what I've seen yes. I guess it uses the cool temps of the earth. Beer only needs to be around 42°. From what my friend said. He puts them in cold and they stay that way for hours.
I'm still debating getting it. It's just a lot cheaper then running electricity to where I need the fridge.
