My best friend has a pool. By the end of last year she was really comfortable there. We went to their place Saturday and I tipped her off a pool floatie (she had swimmers on) and she did not care for that at all

That wasn't a very well written article. Seemed like the writer didn't want to believe it happened but there were multiple accounts of it. The way I heard it was just the lungs were spread out to resemble wings - not all the internal organs.
