I finally found it (I think) on the internet. It looks like a Cobweb spider which they say is good to have in the house because it eats mosquitoes and other bugs.

In my bedroom. I’ve seen so many bugs I’ve never seen inside before. My daughter killed a millipede last week, and was too creeped out to pick it up. Of course when I saw it in the morning I thought the dog had pooped on the floor, until I saw it had legs. Lol.

The last I read about millipedes (small ones at least) was that you should leave them alone. Their bite (they very seldom bite) is harmless to humans unlike a spider bite and they kill spiders.
