Good question. It would seem to me, the act of ordering delivery is inviting someone onto your property. Does one have the right then to share private video monitoring?

I would think the laws would be similar to recording phone conversations. Some places you only need one person's approval while others require both people's consent.

You have no expectation of privacy when in public areas, so anything you do in public can be videoed, or photographed, and then published, without permission.

Just like all these paparazzi photographing people that don't want to be. They don't need your permission.
