You have a reasonable expectation of privacy with a 2 person phone call.I would think the laws would be similar to recording phone conversations. Some places you only need one person's approval while others require both people's consent.

I was talking about those doorbell cameras.You have no expectation of privacy when in public areas, so anything you do in public can be videoed, or photographed, and then published, without permission.
Just like all these paparazzi photographing people that don't want to be. They don't need your permission.
