To be honest the people I usually see driving them are in their late 30s or early 40s. I believe they start at like 40k

Or possibly from the pesticides they use. Guy I listen to on radio had people calling in on Friday saying that they went to resorts there and the resorts spray every single day for bugs. They never saw a bug while they were there.
