IKEA is your friend. I found this is the best way to organize a kid’s room. Get some of the plastic bins that fit in the holes and label them.

Way ahead of you. We have that and even a old 6 drawer dresser for toys.

Issue is wife comes home and has to keep working and when I get home it's almost his bed time and she's still working. So nothing gets picked up and put away.

That's why I love my wife... she's just like me.
Lazy.
